Progress!
Since I posted my new years resolutions I have handily been able to meet my goals with them. Granted it's only been a couple weeks... but that's enough for me to be encouraged I suppose.- No soda
- No coffee
- More milk, wster and tea
- More time with the cat
- Eat out less frequently
Next on my list I need to tackle exercise if I want to meet my goals for losing weight and becoming healthier.
